有的客户感觉线路丢包，可以找KT官方提交工单，提供MTR报告给KT官方，让KT官方网络工程师看看到底线路是哪个环节出了问题，如果的确是海外线路的问题，KT官方可以调整路由，改善丢包问题。如果是国内线路问题，那就爱莫能助了。
如何产生MTR报告？
如果你用的是windows，去下一个windows版本的MTR软件，去这里http://winmtr.net/download-winmtr/，下载就可以。
MTR软件下载下来以后，运行一下，对话框里面输入要检测的IP，也就是服务器的IP，检测个几分钟，然后把结果复制到剪切板，然后给官方发工单就可以了。

如果是linux，
1. to install mtr enter “yum install mtr”，先安装下MTR软件
2. then enter “/usr/sbin/mtr <IP>”，然后用命令测一下。
还是一样，把测试结果复制下来，提交工单就可以了。

If you can please submit a WinMTR our network engineers can re-route this to
improve the network performance. Please read below.
For Windows users.
Download the latest version of WinMTR from http://winmtr.sourceforge.net/ or
http://dl.krypt.com/WinMTR-v092.zip
1. Extract the file
2. Enter your Krypt/VPLS Server IP address into the host field
3. Click Start
4. Allow the program to run for 5 minutes
5. Choose Export to TEXT
6. Upload the text file output to a support ticket. The
output will show our engineers where the packet loss and network issues are coming from, from your host to our network. If needed an engineer will request you to run a similar test to another Host IP address.
For Linux users you must have MTR installed. These are commands assuming you are using some type of redhat distro (ie. centos, fedora, etc)
1. to install mtr enter “yum install mtr”
2. then enter “/usr/sbin/mtr <IP>”
3. Allow this to run for 5 minutes then copy and paste the results to a support ticket in https://my.KRYPT.com The output will show our engineers where the packet loss and network issues are coming from, from your host to our network. If needed an engineer will request you to run a similar test to another Host IP address.
